Tulsa Country Club's indoor fitness center is open six days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (open on Mondays from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). This center was renovated in 2010 and now features seven pieces of state-of-the-art cardio equipment from PreCor and SciFit as well as Life Fitness strength equipment. Additionally, there is an area dedicated to free weights and dumbbells.
Personal Fitness Training -TCC's fitness trainer, Jen Bowen, is available for private and group fitness instruction. Jen is a certified instructor with years of experience and has helped trained TCC members since 2004. Jen can be reached at 918-261-6577 or through the Club's business office.
Physical Therapy Service - TCC now has Physical Therapy services in the fitness center! TCC member Ryan Smith, is a licensed Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist as well as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute – will be available to provide onsite therapy in a private setting attached to our fitness center.
Ryan, a partner at Tulsa Spine & Rehab, has extensive experience in the treatment and management of degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease and chronic low back and neck pain. Ryan is available by appointment on Tuesday afternoons. Appointments with Ryan may be made through our Member Services Coordinator at 918/585-8151.
